About the role:

The AI & ML Lead objective: To drive the company-wide adoption and delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring all AI initiatives are strategically aligned, ethically governed, and deliver measurable business value. This role bridges business strategy, data capabilities, and technology execution to make AI a core enabler across all departments.

What will you do:

Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with company strategy and data platform evolution.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases with clear success metrics and ROI expectations.
Partner with data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver AI-based solutions from ideation to production.
Drive awareness, adoption, and change management for AI tools across business units.
Manage prioritization and sequencing of AI initiatives ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
Define ethical and governance frameworks for responsible AI usage across the organization.
Evaluate AI vendor solutions, platforms, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and scale.
Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner to senior leadership.

This is you:

5–8 years of experience in product management or program delivery, ideally focused on AI, data, or digital transformation.
Demonstrated experience managing AI or ML-driven initiatives from conception to implementation.
Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics, and cloud AI platforms (Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, etc.).
Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with ability to balance innovation with operational feasibility.
