Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in backend or software engineering, Python AI Engineer, responsible for building scalable software solutions that empower internal creative teams to generate high-quality visual content efficiently and at scale.
  
• The role focuses on developing AI-driven workflows for product imagery, banners, and content generation tools that impact millions of platform users.
  
• Win a greenfield environment where systems, platforms, and processes are still evolving, requiring a balance between rapid prototyping and production-ready scalable architecture.
  
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
  
• Build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions for content generation.
  
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations and service-oriented applications.
  
• Architect scalable solutions using Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed systems principles.
  
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, designers, photographers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive tools and workflows for non-technical users.
  
• Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and productionize innovative solutions.
