Role: ServiceNow Developer (AI & Platform Architect)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead Developer to drive technical delivery within a high‑performance pod. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect with deep platform expertise and strong leadership capabilities, especially across AI-driven builds and complex enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across the pod, ensuring high-quality output.
• Act as the primary hands-on architect for AI and Agentic AI builds using MCP solution design.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor and peer-review technical consultants to uplift delivery capability.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical blockers and solution design challenges.
• Own delivery governance, quality assurance, and best-practice implementation.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• ServiceNow Platform Expertise: ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB
• AI & Automation: Agentic AI, MCP solution design
• Integrations: REST, MID Server, spokes-based integrations
• Scripting: Glide Script, server-side scripting
• Workflow & Testing: Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, scalability, and secure design principles

Behavioural Competencies

• Strong customer-facing communication and discovery facilitation
• Ability to mentor, guide, and uplift technical consultants
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership of delivery outcomes
• Calm and structured escalation handling

Certifications (Preferred)

• CSA – Certified System Administrator
• CIS x3 – Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist certifications
• CAD – Certified Application Developer
• CTA – Certified Technical Architect (preferred)

Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience
• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
• Proven leadership in technical delivery within enterprise environments
